Actions with the project

Create a project

To create a project:

  1. Go to the authorization page.

  2. Login using your email and password or click Continue with Google.

  3. In the left menu click + Create a new project.

  4. At the step one add keywords. Use comma to add a few brand names. You can also add hashtags to make your media search better. Click Next.

  5. At the step two you can select languages. If you don't need to specify languages, skip this step. Click Create project.

Wait for the progress bar to complete and click Show results.

You will be redirected to the Mentions page. Now you can see the discovered mentions.

The first results are mentions for a week, you can see it immediatly after the project is created. The second results are mentions for three mounth — it takes time to collect these mentions.

Update a project

To update your project parameters:

  1. Go to the Settings page.

  2. Update the desired fields. You can:

    — Update your project name.

    — Add or delete included keywords or hashtags.

    — Add or delete excluded keywords.

    — Add a query using these operators OR, AND, /n, "quotes", (parentheses), -stopword, prefix*.

    — Add or delete languages, types of sources and sources names.

  3. Click Save changes.

Delete a project

To delete a project:

  1. Go to the Settings page.

  2. Click Delete project.

  3. Click Ok to confirm the action.

Track sources

You can track activity in your or competitor brand's accounts.

To add an account:

  1. Go to the Monitored sources page.

    How it looks like

  2. Select the desired source.

  3. Enter the link to your brand's account to the empty field.

  4. Click Add.

You can add up to 25 accounts from each source.
