# Bulk actions

You can set tags, sentiment and relevance to a few old mentions.

Here are two ways to do this:

- To all mentions

  1. Go to the **Mentions** page.

  2. In the **Mentions** section click ![](_images/bulk-actions.png).

  3. Select **Set tags**, **Set sentiment** or **Set relevance**. The selected action will be applied to all mentions, you don't need to select all mentions one by one.
 
      * **Set tags**: select **Add tags** or **Remove tags** and enter or select the needed tags. 

      * **Set sentiment**: select **Positive**, **Negative** or **Neutral**.
 
      * **Set relevance**: select **High relevance** or **Low relevance**.

  4. Click **Apply**.

  The desired tags, sentiment or relevance will be applied to all mentions.

- To the selected mentions

  1. Go to the **Mentions** page.

  2. Next to the desired mentions click ![](_images/select-mentions.png).

  3. Click **Set tags** or ![](_images/bulk-actions.png) **More**.

      * **Set tags**: select **Add tags** or **Remove tags** and enter or select the needed tags. 

      * **Set sentiment**: select **Positive**, **Negative** or **Neutral**.

      * **Set relevance**: select **High relevance** or **Low relevance**.

  4. Click **Apply**.
