Bulk actions

You can set tags, sentiment and relevance to a few old mentions.

Here are two ways to do this:

To all mentions

To the selected mentions

Go to the Mentions page.
In the Mentions section click .

How it looks like
Select Set tags, Set sentiment or Set relevance. The selected action will be applied to all mentions, you don't need to select all mentions one by one.
- Set tags: select Add tags or Remove tags and enter or select the needed tags.
- Set sentiment: select Positive, Negative or Neutral.
- Set relevance: select High relevance or Low relevance.
Click Apply.

The desired tags, sentiment or relevance will be applied to all mentions.

Go to the Mentions page.
Next to the desired mentions click .
Click Set tags or More.
- Set tags: select Add tags or Remove tags and enter or select the needed tags.
- Set sentiment: select Positive, Negative or Neutral.
- Set relevance: select High relevance or Low relevance.
Click Apply.

You can set the rules to new mentions on the Rules page.
