# Word of mouth (WOM)

This auto-category helps you to find out what users talk about your brand.

These mentions are personal opinions: users share a positive or negative experience mentioning your brand.

Types of WOM:

* **Opinion**  — usual posts including user opinions, judgment or attitude towards to your brand.

* **Recommendation** — short user positive reviews or recomendations.

* **Question** — questions about your brand.

* **Comparison** — posts in which users compare your brand with other brands.

To use WOM, go to the **Filters** → **Auto-categories** → **WOM categories (word of mouth)** page and click **WOM**. You can include and exclude all types that you want to.
